Just wondering if this ever got sent out? I registered on Steam day one (pretty much hour one, really), filled out the survey, got an email confirming my address, but never got the SST promo in the mail.
Folks on the Steam board have said they were getting their copy.
Seeing you on the twitter trivia questions, I wouldn't be surprised if you were the first one to register.

The mailings have been happening over the last week, so I would wait a while longer before considering yours lost.

I finally finished sending these out on Monday, so definitely give it a bit of time, in particular if you live outside the US.
Ah. I live in the US but my last name's pretty far in the alphabet if you did it alphabetically. Mostly I hadn't realized they had been sent out that recently, since the last email I saw said they were going out at the end of January which was much more of a "crap, did I miss it?" than being sent out earlier this week.

Getting the other promos at the Child's Play auction at East is super easy. All you need is money :)

Yeah, my need for a full set of promos is high, but people went pretty ridiculous over the card in question last year. I got crazy lucky with Redeemer Fanatic. We'll see!
It may be cost effective to fly to Australia to get your promo cards at PAX AUS. The auction prices were a steal =)
