Advanced Akash'Bhuta Flip During End Phase

Hey all! I had a question regarding Akash;Bhuta’s interactions with her flipping during her End Phase:

Akash’Bhuta’s advanced text reads: “End Phase: Discard the top card of the Environment Deck. Play the top card of the Environment deck.” The Environment card that was played caused the Environment trash to be shuffled into the deck, resulting in her flipping. Does she now get to use the flipped End Phase action of dealing 2 fire damage to everyone, or does the turn pass to her Primeval Limbs in play?

If something causes a villain to flip during a given phase, it remains that phase after the flip.
