Know When to Hold a Feast of Flesh

Long time player, but I hit two scenarios in the game I just finished that I can’t find answers for on the wiki or the forum.

1. Feast of Flesh infinite loop. If all environment cards in The Court of Blood have been played, the two Feast of Flesh cards each play the other and then discard themselves unendingly. This one is apparently known, since I found a reddit post saying the wording of the card had been changed to fix it in the digital version, but I couldn’t find what the new wording actually is.

2. “Know When to Hold Fast” played not on The Scholar’s turn. Card says to immediately end your turn, but it wasn’t his turn. Do we trigger his end-of-turn effects in the middle of someone else’s turn? Do we skip from where we currently are in the turn order all the way around to the end of The Scholar’s turn?

If it’s not played on Scholar’s turn you draw cards and after that is done continue the turn you were on. It’s a great play for Scholar outside of his turn.
