Got a bunch of villains foils but where are the decks?

Hey so I bought the hero foil collection and there are a bunch of villains that are playable but i havent seen any decks where you play as them... What am I missing can anyone point me in the direction of villain decks? Thanks in advanced.

The villains-turned-heroes have their decks all in the OblivAeon expansion.
