I accept this as 100% canon. 

Not only are there gender swapped alternate universes for every Sentinels hero, but Overwatch's McCree will eventually discover time travel, and become the Chrono Ranger. It's just a fact.

Since Chrono Ranger has already discovered time travel, couldn't he just become McCree?

Maybe in an alternate universe? McCree joins Overwatch when he's 17, but it's possible he discovered time travel at some point, and just didn't tell anyone. 

While not directly related, along with Citzen Storm, Cursor, and Seraph, wasn't there a Chrono Patriette using Helena's body in the "Become the Gate" art?

There is Windwalker which got referenced in the recent Prime War Letters Page episode.   However, she looks Native American not like La Capitan. 

I seem to have forgotten that there are two characters whose "real" names are Helena. The Helena I meant was Fanatic, and "Windwalker" looks like Fanatic with the Native American style.
