I know this is a question that keeps popping up so wanted to make a quick topic on it and hopefully once the number is nailed down we can get a sticky:
how many sleeves do we do we need to buy to sleeve all the cards in the game?
This doesn't yet include the count of cards from OblivAeon, but is otherwise up to date:
So 3250 before Oblivaeon? I thought it was 3250 after Oblivaeon
Turns out that OA was listed in there, just not in the place I expected to find it. Inattentional blindness stinks. :P
Therefore, 3250 should be right for the standards; OA has 12 oversized cards, which makes me think the total oversized is 69.
At this point, the only thing I think is missing from the tally is the villain foil pack. I can count the number of things I have in there later if it helps you.
I don’t care about the foils. Extra money for something I won’t use
3,079, if you have no duplicates of anything.
Add 67 if you have both the individually released variants and the Complete Hero Variant Collection.
Add 110 if you have the Foil Hero Collection.
Add one if you have Foil Kvothe.
The total is 3,257 -- off by seven from the BGG list linked above. My guess is that the BGG post didn't include the turn order and battle zone cards in OblivAeon.
Also, add one if you have Cleverest Legacy!
