I seem to have all the dividers for the base game and even expansions, but no Megalopolis divider.  Were there a run of games missing this one?

What can be done to aquire a single missing divider?

In general, the answer is to contact Craig about your missing part.

Will the collector's case be coming with its own set of dividers for each deck?  I'm missing the divider for Miss Information (I've just been using the extra Ambuscade divider from the base game), but I don't need one if I'll be getting all new dividers with the collector's case anyway.

I think they are new and special dividers, they were posted in a KS update a while back.
