K.N.Y.F.E.'s Symbol?

What is it supposed to be, a piece of camoflage material?

I thought it was the shoulder patch from a F.I.L.T.E.R. uniform, with that alien face they use as a logo-ish... thing. Could be wrong, though...

It would be the logo for F.I.L.T.E.R. cut in half since she left them.  You can see the symbol in an undamaged form on Sergeant Steel and his Agents as well as Agents cards in the Block.
