Best cost effective card sleeves?

Once Oblivaeon comes out I want to sleeve every card. What is the best cost effect card sleeve? I want something I can actually shffle or hold in my hand without everything sliding all over.

Then you are asking for a miracle. Most basic card sleeves are all gonna slide around(what me and my friends call 'new sleeve syndrome') untill they've had some handeling.

I bought a pack of 600 matted ultra pro for 30$ every 3 months for the last year. Got most if it sleeved but not the vengeance villains. I used penny selves for the heroes, because it is cheaper and u can pick then out faster. And they do not get shuffled.

They are slippery the first few times but the matted back let’s then get a grip

I use standard Mayday sleeves. I regularly buy them in batches of 50 packs, think I'm on batch 4 or 5 right now. I use them for pretty much every game, except for trading card games like Magic. I started sleeving after having to replace some games due to really bad sweat damage by someone and with dozens of people having access to my games I need to protect them from getting worn down.
