I'm guessing the box is meant to fit the cards sleeved as it seems like a lot of empty space in it.

I LOVE THIS. It’s the card game version of Tactics Tachyon!

Malpractice is also hilarious in its combination of name and power implementation.

And a direct damage/hero support Adept? Whaaaat.

Completionist Guise:

Replace any Hero Character Card in play with a variant of that hero. Put the replaced card safely under this card. Either use the power on the replaced card treating any hero name that is on that card as "Guise") or Guise deals 1 target 2 psychic damage.

Wow.  That's pretty great.

I know there's already a powers list, but I found a few that they missed, and I already did this on YouTube anyways so I decided to go ahead and copy and paste what I was able to get; anything without parantheses is verbatim, anything inside of parantheses is my own words:

Freedom 5 Tachyon:
Blitz
Tachyon deals 1 target 1 melee damage. You may move a burst card from your trash to the bottom of your deck. If you do, use this power again now.

Freedom 5 Wraith:
Clandestine Funding
Draw a card. Until the end of your next turn, whenever you draw a card, you may discard a card. If you do, another player draws a card.

Visionary Unleashed:
Crushing Lucidity
The Visionary deals 1 target X psychic damage where X = the number of your ongoing cards in play plus 1.

Parse Fugue State:
Neural Processing
Play the bottom card of your deck. If you discarded a card this turn, one other player may play the bottom card of their deck.

Xtreme Prime WardensArgent Adept:
Rebel Yell
The Argent Adept deals 1 target other than himself 2 sonic damage. If a hero is dealt damage this way, they play a card and use a power.

Captain Cosmic (with Infinitor's power):
Requital
Reveal the top 3 cards of your deck and put them into play in any order. Then, if there are 4 or more constructs in play, each construct deals Captain Cosmic 2 psychic damage.

Xtreme Prime Wardens Captain Cosmic:
Play With Madness
Captain Cosmic deals 1 target 1 energy damage. Each construct deals that target 1 energy damage.

Xtreme Prime Wardens Haka:
Die Hard
(Couldn't actually make out most of this one, the best screen I saw was pretty blurry, but I'm pretty sure I see something about choosing a hero character, and either reducing damage or redirecting it to Haka).

Xtreme Prime Wardens Tempest:
Thunderstruck
Tempest deals 1 target 1 lightning damage. A non-character target dealt damage loses any "End of Turn" (hard to make out the rest of the text exactly, but seems like it's removes the end of turn effects until Tempest's turn).

Luminary:
Devise
Discard the top 2 cards of your deck. Move any devices discarded this way into play.

Luminary (AU female hero):
Empowered
Attack Luminary deals 1 target X lightning damage where X = the number of devices in play.

The Harpy:
Arcane Blast
The Harpy deals 1 target 2 infernal damage.

Dark Watch Harpy:
Refocus
Flip 1 control token. You may play a card.

Akash'Thriya:
Dormant Essence
Put a primordial seed from your hand or trash into the environment trash. Draw a card.

Akash'Thriya Spirit of the Void:
Essence Erruption
Either draw a card or play a card. Each primordial seed in play deals 1 target 1 toxic damage.

La Comodora:
Time's Lessons
Shuffle a hero deck. (Can't make out the rest. Seems like it might be a deck stacking power?)

La Comodora Curse of the Black Spot:
Backtrack Shot
La Comodora deals 1 target 2 energy damage. Discard the top card of a deck.

Lifeline:
Extract Power
Draw a card. One player may draw a card.

Lifeline Blood Mage:
Vitae Strike
Lifeline deals himself and each villain target 2 infernal damage.

Stuntman:
Tireur Incroyable
Stuntman deals 1 target 1 irreducible projectile damage. Increase that damage by 3 when this power is used outside of your turn.

Stuntman (Rambo-like):
All My Own Stunts
Increase damage dealt by Stuntman by 1 until the end of your next turn. You may play a card.

Benchmark:
The New Standard
Draw a card. Benchmark deals 1 target 1 energy damage.

Benchmark Supply and Demand:
Desperate Measures
Benchmark regains 1 HP. Play the top card of your deck.

Void Guard Doctor Medico:
Clinical Consult
Select a target. The next time that target regains HP, increase the amount by 2.

Void Guard Doctor Medico Malpractice:
Red Right Hand
Until the end of your next turn, whenever a hero target would regain HP, Dr. Medico deals 1 target that amount of energy damage instead.

Void Guard Mainstay:
Beatdown
Mainstay deals 1 target 1 melee damage, then deals 1 target 1 melee damage.

So many, many awesome things.

My best guess for Akash'Thriya seems to be some sort of hero/environment target that she places into the environment deck then when it gets played it does something. I wonder if some of them do different things depending on if they are played by her or by the environment or if she is more like unity and she only has a specific way of playing them.

I saw on another forum (think I followed a link to boardgame geek) where it seemed they were discussing the possibility that Completionist Guise effects the hp of the hero who gets replaced. Which seems like it would be waaay to far outside of the realms of being a challenging fight if you can just reset allies who get low on hp. He's not that insane correct?

So many art things that I just barely got a glimpse of. We get a quick shot of The Legacy of Destruction. We see Ambuscade in the Iron Legacy Timeline. Golden Progeny beating up FV Tachyon. The Cop from Expat's Quick Draw holding up Rook City Wraith. Wraith standing over 2 of Spite's victims, a redheaded lady and an older grayhaired guy. The NAturalist in somesort of hyena form near Akash.... I wanna know all the things!

There's no way he resets them to Max HP. If we're going off the example set by Sky-scraper, which is the only other mechanic in the game which replaces a card in play as far as I know, HP stays current. Then, since a character has a max HP, it might get lowered to that HP.

Seems of the ones we have, don't have Fanatic's is the only one missing, the only one that is not a song is currently Haka. (Looking for a song named Die Hard led to nothing except references to the movie.... which might fit much better with Haka as a character)

Gift-mas time is a charity song written and performed by the remaining members of the Who and Metallica.  Despite high hopes that the two would form a more permanent arrangement they didn't, mostly because the song was terrible.

It sounded amazingly like Inner Sandman with important line "Exit light.  Enter night" replaced by "Gift-Mas time.  Give a Dime."  It was buried before it could make it to radio but if you know the right people you can get a copy of it, just be careful because you will get sued if anyone finds out.

I personally have never heard this song, and believe it to be entirely fictional.  I do not have a copy of it.

I am now almost certain that The Idealist's Power is:

Wild Imagination

Draw a card. You may put a Figment from your hand under a Concept in play.

I am less certain of Super Sentai Idealist, but I think it's:

Form the Head

Move a card from in play and all cards under it to under this card. The Idealist deals 1 target X damage, where X = the number of cards under this card. ??? a card under this card.

An idea struck me and I just looked at the video again…

Most of the new heroes have the same (new) nemesis icon, which looks like OblivAeon’s chestpiece. Presumably, those people join with the heroes to destroy OblivAeon but they cease to continue as heroes after OblivAeon’s demise collapses/isolates the timelines. For the former villains, this makes sense, but it has some interesting implications for, say, Benchmark. Does he lose his power or perish in the final fight?

The only exception to the OblivAeon icon I saw were the Void Guard, who have the same nemesis icon as the Sentinels. So, despite those characters being older and more developed than their younger selves, they maintain the same relationship with La Capitan. Does she keep crashing into their lives, even after the realities collapse? Hmm.

P2

Well I'd say the story isn't the same for all of them.   We know from the Broken City information that at least in Tactics the original Matriarch is still part of Dark Watch but as Pinion now.   For Benchmark it's hard to say as his suit was created by RevoCorp which isn't totally evil but moreso just out for it's own gains.   So he could remain a hero to RevoCorp might send on him on more nefarious things.

The Void Guard likely have the same nemesis icon because they were and have remained being heroes.  I would have liked to see a new nemesis icon personally.

Just got my Foil Pack in here in Philadelphia, complete with a handwritten message from Christopher on the box. It's the little things like that which make >G the best.

Anyway, the foils are really impressive and the all-new art is fantastic. Cards with darker colors tend to be hard to read due to the foil proccess (Haka variations spring to mind), but cards like Fanatic or base Legacy's incap really showcase just how incredible the foil art can be. And not for nothing, but the box is top-freakin-notch.

They wont see much play on the table until i get top notch sleves for them, since any scratches on foil cards can just demolish them.

Side note, there are noticeable printer smudges on the Guise cards and promos. Some are very minor, but there are one or two that are fairly exceptional. I wouldn't bother Paul to send new ones at all, but I'm just noting it here for others whom that might be a larger concern.

My current commute is 90 minutes each way, but my set arrived on Friday. I opened it last night & went through them once, but put them away pending sleeve purchase - I've got a little nick on the background color of a power text box on one of them, and would like to prevent anything else similar from happening. As I get the chance, I'll start adding the text into the master spoiler sheet.
