Hey im working on a personal project and i needed hero and villain art without the text and other stuff on the art. If you guys could give a place or art work it will be a great help

There's an easier way. Click Downloads at the top of the page, then go to Art Assets. There's art of the heroes, villains and environments, mostly up through Vengeance.

You can get some from the Downloads tab and click Art Assets.

Promo art? Do you mean art for the variant characters or art that was been used to promote the game (in adverts and the like)?
If you mean characters then have you tried the wiki?
If adverts, sorry, I have no idea.
