Urgent help with backerkit?

I sent an email a few days ago but haven’t gotten a response yet. My girlfriend backed the oblivaeon kickstarter for us on her account, but we didn’t realize until the darkwatch update why we didn’t have our survey yet: it’s attached to an old email we no longer have access to.

Does anybody know of a way I can get this fixed? We backed for pretty much everything new as longtime fans, and while being out the money would suck, being out the product would suck even more…
