After the much antincipated Ultimate Collectors Box arrives, I will have by my count 5 empty larger boxes (Core, RC/IR, Ven, VoTM, Obl) and 2 smaller boxes (ST, WC) and they will all be empty. They are nice boxes and I loathe to get rid of them, so what to do with all these empty boxes?

Store comics in them. They are the right size (especially bag and boarded)

Hang them on the wall as art...

Or keep them to store your extra SotM set in -- or other games that don't have as cool of packaging...

Go get some cheap frames and possibly frame them with covers side by side. That or cut the inserts put and use them for storage

I'm going to put weights in them and use them as bookends for my trade paperback comics.

Store your prototype games in them!

I'm going to build a sturdy house with my boxes.

Some interesting ideas. I can honestly say though that despite the nice artwork, I won't be hanging them on the wall. I don't really hang anything on the wall. I also don't have any prototype games, or an extra SoTM set... or comics. I guess I just have a serious lack of things I need to store.

A box fort or sturdy house sound good, but I am short many boxes for such projects.

Recycle bin.

Popping those corners is satisfying once you get the hang of it ;)

I've been using alternate storage solutions from Day 1, so I've already disposed of most of the boxes.

I currently keep the rulebooks all in the original Rook City box and the counters and a few other tools in my second EE box. So those will probably go to once the BIG BOX arrives.

You could make a bonfire. Toast marshmellows for smores. Invite friends. Play SOTM together. Bonus points if someone plays Ra.

I'll probably use the boxes to store Dominion cards if I don't go out and get a different storage solution in that timeframe.

Those Dominion cards must be pretty impressive. Bigger on the inside?

I know… I hate hoarding. Why they have to make the boxes so nice?

I think I'll keep the base box so I have something I can drop a few decks in to go round to friends with, but I will toss most (if not all) of the others

What I might want to do some day is attach the boxes together (or at least most of them) and use other old game boxes, to create a sort of tabletop for a card table. Then have a clear table cloth over it. Ideally I would save one for a transport box to take places of wanted. If that doesn't work out, may consider putting them on the wall in a future game room.

I'd be happy to take one! I'm not getting the collectors case, so having an extra box on hand would be useful since I have a feeling they'll get crowded. Especially once I add in the Cauldron.

I am sure there's others out there who wouldn't mind extra boxes either.
