Only allowed Unity to deal damage. Finished with all five heroes in double digits.
Biggest risk was getting Lost in the Past. Most of the environment deck was in play, but neutered by Mass Levitation and Mega Computers. Multiple Grappling Hooks to take Lost in the Past out of the play when necessary.
Wraith used Infrared Eyepiece to bury Prison Breaks.
Argent Adept mostly healed himself, gave Unity out-of-turn plays, and allowed Visionary to give Unity out of turn draws.
Legacy boosted damage and used Take Downs and Heroic Interceptions to slow/neuter the villain.
Let the Crooked Cops and Enforcers stay in play and just blasted through the damage reduction and dealt with the card discard.

That's pretty good considering he can get out of control even when the whole group is contributing to damage. Have you tried a similar setup against other villains?

Yes, though mostly against Voss.

Note that I chose Silver Gulch to take away some of the difficulty.

I'd almost think that Silver Gulch might be detriment since there are multiple instances of everyone getting damaged or the lowest HP targets. Once it is out I'd think that MDP might be the best one to work with.
Edit: I know you mention the Mega Computer from Wraith to mitigate environment damage but the Explosive Wagons still seem like they could cause issues.

Damaging Golems isn't bad, esp. if you have a damage boosted Cryo Bot.

Also, if AA can give damage reduction to Stealth Bot than it becomes able to absorb a large ridiculous amount of damage.
