So, I've started to set up a new neighborhood of the sims, where all of the heros and villains are in the same neighborhood. I want to start with the base set, and I want to have the freedom five living together in a mansion, with baron across the street. I need help thinking of all the relations. Who's neighbors with who, where does everybody live with, and what is the qualities of the houses, what jobs would they do, what are their personalities, and how much do they like/hate other people? I'll edit in what I plan on doing for everybody as it goes along
Freedom Five: The Freedom Five are going to live on a cul-de-sac, with the Wraith being at the very end of it in a Mansion, Legacy will live with his daughter in a Middle Class house with a gym, across from Tachyon and Abs Zero (who will have a basic living room and most of the stuff in the basement). Bunker will be next to legacy and have a fairly simple house with a huge training center in the basement (Thank you for the reccomendations, Arcanist Lupus)
They ended up being on a loop, not a culdesac, so in the middle of the loop, there is a park with a community center in it (My take on their "Freedom Tower")
Personalities (I'll fill these in as I complete the sims):
The Parsons (Legacys): Charismatic and athletic families, who are kind people. Their goals involve being the top politicians (the life goal name was something like "Leader of the Free"), With their favorite foods being Hamburgers and Hot Dogs ("American" food)

The Sims 3, I got it on sale once, but I haven't been able to use it for a while because it kept crashing at character creation

Let's see. Wraith has a mansion, and would favor dark colors. Tachyon would have at least one, but probably two or more playrooms filled with scientific toys to mess with. I'm also kind of imagining that her wife would have a large hand in decorating the rest of the house. I'd expect Legacy's house to feel very 'ordinary middle class family'. Also, we've got a picture of what their kitchen looks like on Next Evolution, although considering what that evolution was, it wouldn't surprise me if their kitchen needed a bit of a remodel after that. I imagine that Legacy would have converted his garage or basement into a gym. Bunker would also have some sort of exercise apparatus, and probably some tools and things in the garage. As far as I know he's a bachelor, so it would be pretty small. Absolute Zero's house would be very austere and empty, and probably also fairly small.
(Note: I don't know how neighborhood layouts work in the Sims, so I'm assuming that they're all in a row)
I'd probably put AZ on one end since he's standoffish, and Wraith on the other (partially because mansions go on the ends of rows and partially because she's fairly quiet as well), with Legacy in the middle. I'm leaning towards putting Tachyon near AZ rather than Wraith, since it would be good to have her on hand in case his equipment breaks down, and she would happily ignore his grumpiness, and Wraith wouldn't want to put up with her hyperactivity. On the other hand, Wraith seems closer to Legacy than any of the others, so maybe put his house next to hers, then Tachyon's (so the two wives could hang out while their significant others are out superheroing), and that leaves Bunker and then AZ, putting the two single guys adjecent.

Yeah, given Absolute Zero’s backstory, he wouldn’t have much of his own - and he’d spend as much time as he could around his friends.

That's actually a hard call. Before Tactics, AZ really seems to be a guy who prefers to have his alone time. Yeah he doesn't want to spend ALL his time alone, ut he definitly comes of as a loner to me.
