The enhanced edition, all five expansions, six of the nine mini-expansions*, and some extra counters. FedEx says the package weighs 16 pounds.
That's a lot of game in such a tiny space.
Also, I resent the time it takes for delivery.
* They didn't have Final Wasteland, Miss Information, or The Scholar, so those wait for my next bit of money. Also, having promos printed somewhere.

I never regretted a penny from my investment in this game. My girlfriend calls it my drug. My friends say I'm a cultist converting people to SotM. In the end, it quickly became my number one game. If you have a quarter of the fun I've had with it you won't regret it. By the way welcome to the forums this is a very friendly forum community.

Glad to have you here, Belle Sorciere!
Yeah, we dropped Magic soon after first SotM came out for our bi-weekly gaming group. It's been a lot of fun! Luckily, my spouse enjoys the game, also, so we're able to play together.
You can probably get the final 3 mini-expansions from another site or a local store?

If I can't get them locally, I'll order from either Amazon or >G directly.
I actually started with the computer game, although I found out about the card game first. I've enjoyed the app a lot so it seemed like a good idea to drop some money on the card game.

I was introduced to Sentinels after Warmachine night at my FLGS. My first game, I had no clue what was going on, but I had fun with it. My second game, I played Absolute Zero, and was hooked. As of now, I've got everything except the pre-Wrath promos, all of Tactics, and just about everything I can preorder ordered.
I have no regrets about the game except that I didn't discover it sooner. SotM is most likely the best tabletop game I've ever played, and I look forward to years of card-based heroism to come.

I am looking forward to giving the Sentinels a go. It looks like their deck mechanics are unique because of four characters.
I was prepared to wait a few weeks longer for the last three decks but I could spare the money and here we are.

I'm sure you won't regret it :D. And don't forget there are online games as well - I think the Google group is still going, meeting up on some evenings to play games over the chat there or something :). I have had a poke around a few times but never managed to actually join in a game because usually it's not at a time when I'm actually around (or it's at about 1am so a bit late for me).
The Sentinels are cool - they each have their own base power and have the unique ability of being able to bring themselves back from being incapped (if your healer guy isn't incapped himself, that is)…but once all four of them go down then their setup card flips and they have four available incap abilities there, rather than the usual three that everyone else has. Also, they count as four hero targets, but only one hero, mainly for the purposes of stuff like Infection (otherwise Plague Rat wouldn't be able to flip). Their deck is mostly one-shots and they can dish out a lot of damage. Despite having low hp individually (14, 13, 11) and thus susceptible to anything hitting the lowest-hp hero target, they can be really effective. As well as dealing plenty of damage they have a healer, as mentioned, and a tanky guy who can provide soak. They also have the means to provide healing and extra draw to their fellow players. Oh yeah, and it's quite possible to chain about eight cards or so in a row if the right ones come out :D.

We bought in slowly at first, but then my wife and I got hooked. This weekend we played games against Matriarch (finally won!), Progeny (won our first try!), The Chairman (nasty loss), Apostate (vengeance is ours!), and Infinitor (rough fight, but we won). Each battle was gripping, fun, tense, and different from the battle before it. Even Chairman and Matriarch, whose decks center largely around getting tons of targets out to overwhelm the players, played extremely differently. And the Chairman, despite being really difficult, was a super-fun challenge, and that game trult felt like Expat, Fixer, Wraith, and Guise going up against a shadowy criminal empire.
My wife says this is the most fun game we've bought in a LONG time, and it's one of the few for which she doesn't begrudge my insane obsession with owning everything. We'll be ordering prints of all the promo cards this week, just to give us MORE options. She loves it so much that her esteem carries over to Sentinel Tactics, which we haven't played nearly as much but which benefits because it tells the continuing story of these characters we like so much... and I think she'll let me buy Broken City simply because it includes the Tactics version of her favorite character, Setback!
Hell, just Kaargra Warfang alone is enough challenge, fun, and variability to have been an entire game on her own... but there's tons more where that came from.
You won't be sorry, Belle Sorcíere. :)

No two hero decks play alike, that's a guarentee you can take to the bank.
Hell, some of the Promo heroes drastically change the deck (surge of strength goes from being dropped to protect other Ongoings to being an actual useful card with Young Legacy for example)

Yeah, I've noticed the diversity among the heroes in the app. It took some getting used to with Unity because her mechanics were so different (needing to eat equipment to bring her bots out).
I only just unlocked Young Legacy in the app, because I am lazy. Hoping to get Wraith and Bunker tonight.

I'm kind of sold on Unity after having played her a few times. In each game (except the first time I used her) she has contributed more than enough to justify her place in a game.
I do like GI Bunker, although I haven't taken the time to unlock him in the app yet. I've seen him in action on the Handelabra stream.

Unity becomes ridiculously amazing if you can get her to play cards out of turn. If you only own the computer version of Sentinels then you'll have to wait till Infernal Relics comes out before you can do that though, I suppose, aside from one-off cards like the Font of Atlantean Power...

The app has helped me like Bunker's initialize a lot. His deck can really use that power, I don't even use GI Bunker anymore, I switch back if it comes up random.
EoW Bunker is my favorite, I can't wait for that one and Wrath AZ. Those are phenomenal promo cards.
I also now prefer Research Grant to Experiment, to the point that Base Tachyon vs SST is a wash for me.
That will change once Fixer is in, Salvage Yard + Experiment is Epic, and Expat is pretty good with it as well.

I played a game with Unity last night. For the first several rounds I had nothing but Brainstorms and bots, and Brainstorm kept getting me more bots. Then when I got a bot out, either Omnitron IV's drones or Battle Forged took them out. Though that was my fault, bringing Unity against La Capitan. ;)
Usually, though, Unity is a death machine. Even without out-of-turn plays, if she can get Stealth Bot, Champion Bot, and one or two of either Platform or Raptors, she's a terror.
I dig GI Bunker. I don't have him for the tabletop game, but I do have him in the app, and he makes Voss and taking down Citizens Anvil and Truth a LOT easier. Though I tend to have trouble getting Bunker to work out for me anyway; I tend to only get Mode cards. ;)

So regarding printing promos:
I got most* of the promo images from the wiki, but printerstudio says that most (not all) of the cards are low resolution. 1) Is this a serious concern, and 2) If it is, where could I find genuinely high resolution images to use?
Of course I could just print out the PDF from BGG at Kinko's and not worry about all that stuff.
* One of the images for Mad Bomber Blade - the picture Mad Bomber side - was actually a thumbnail, so I got it from the pdf

I played my first game. I thought I had enough experience on the app to deal with the Dreamer in Rook City, with Legacy, Tempest, Mister Fixer, and Tachyon - and I actually didn't do too badly, except I was in Rook City and kept getting those "if you take damage from this you can't deal any damage until the start of the villain's next turn" unicorns from The Dreamer. Like four total before and after flipping. Also, Tachyon saw exactly two damage dealing cards that did two melee damage each. That and Rook City raining all the bad things onto my poor heroes.
Spiff's randomizer gave me that selection, and I think I'll hold off on Rook City until I've played a bit more.
Also, this game is damned heavy.
Thanks for advice and all. :)

Printer's Studio is basically telling you that it thinks the images are too simple, since it's expecting photographs. You can ignore it, assuming the wiki images are a reasonable size. It complained at a lot of my images but they printed fine.
With PS you do need to make sure there's enough black border to the images that they don't go into the bleed area beyond the dotted line - there are appropriate images out there that fit perfectly (someone posted a link to a Google drive folder with them in, but I forget who it belongs to, hopefully they'll chime in with a link for you).

Ooh thanks. And yeah, that was a problem with the card images I had, they extend into the bleed area. I have a PDF that has a lot of black border around each of the cards as well, if that works.
I won't be able to print anything until next month at any rate, so no rush.
I might be missing something but it looks like heroes only.

My wife and I have officially beaten every villain except the Vengeful 5 (or in our case, Vengeful 4, since we always play two heroes each) and the Dreamer. We beat Progeny, Kaargra, Dawn, etc. first try, and we beat Matriarch and Chairman in our second at-bat… but the Dreamer is as yet undefeated. Last night we decided to go into "easy mode" and try fighting her in Freedom Tower, but the Tower played the Simulation Room (pulls a villain target out of the trash in the Environment turn every round), and none of our heroes had environment destruction (Ra, Naturalist, Sentinels, Legacy), which basically meant she would never flip until an Entry Point came out. And her Projections are MEAT GRINDERS, man. So much damage! We had an easier time against Iron Legacy!
I will say that you haven't lived until you've seen Haka go up against the Chairman. My wife (playing Haka) pulled off a Rampage, with the help of the rest of the team getting everyone to the right threshold of damage so Rampage would work on everyone, killing everyone on the villain side of the table except the Chairman (not yet flipped) and the Operative and eating them with Savage Mana. She chose not to eat two underbosses, so that Chairman could flip next turn (the Broker was already in the trash from before). Suddenly there were only three potential underbosses left, and only two potential thugs, which were Enforcers (the Muscle was under Savage Mana) and one Informant.
I had Tachyon Lightspeed Barrage the Operative for 14 damage, and we proceeded to beat the living crap out of them. We allowed a Deputy (both Crooked Cops had been swallowed) and the Contract (no Hit Men) to hang out while we smashed their bosses to smithereens. My wife ended it by spitting up 14 villain/environment targets at Mr. Pike, smashing him for 28 vomit damage… though he only had 2 HP left. It was the principle of the thing.
This game is so much fun.

Oh I absolutely agree on getting overkill just because :D. I've done killer "vomit damage", as you call it (good name :D) on Dawn once, after eating a bunch of Citizens and then discarding my rather large hand via Haka of Battle to add an extra 17 or so damage to the Savage Mana outburst that I then went and used on my Power phase - it was something like 37 damage when Dawn only had three or four hp left >:).

The Dreamer is tough because one of the most powerful tools in a hero's arsenal - AOE damage - is a huge liability against her but some of her individual projections are just ddarn hard to get rid of. I find a mix of support/deck control characters (Parse is great because she can focus fire and control the deck to an extent) with high damage dealers to single targets (Ra, Expat, Chrono). It also just requries playing heroes like Tempest, Haka and Nightmist differently since some of their most powerful effects are essentially neutered. Good luck on beating her, it's very satisfying when you finally do

When I lost I had four projections under her character card, but as said above her projections are a huge meat grinder and AOE is problematic. I got a bit lucky with Mister Fixer, starting with dual crowbars and greased monkey style in my hand. Also had some good stuff with Tempest. Just couldn't do damage fast enough to get the projections before they got me.

We were thinking of bringing Prime Wardens Tempest, just to remove the temptation to do AOE damage but keep the possibility for decent single-target damage, ongoing destruction, and healing. PWT's base power seems really harsh, though, like, "never want to use it" harsh.
I've read some tactics that feel more like cheats to me for beating the Dreamer. Oddly, Fixer and Expat sound really good for this battle.
We've been tossing ideas back and forth since she's pretty much the only tower that hasn't fallen yet (leaving aside the V5, which I consider another category altogether ;)). Trying to theorycraft good teams for a specific challenge is part of the nerdy joy that this game produces. :)

Yeah, as long as you ingnore Jack Handle, Fixer is really good for that fight. Other personal favorites against minion heavy decks are Sentinels, Fanatic and The Naturalist (basically anything at can auto kill minions below a certain HP is really good against the Dreamer)

I understand, but on the other hand, I often enjoy using heroes in new ways, so I find it interesting to bring Tempest to a Dreamer fight to see what Tempest can do in that situation. I think Localized Hurricane can be a great choice, though of course you've got to be careful of the extra damage Tempest would take.

I did try Sentinels out against her, for their healing. I couldn't get any of their Signatures out, and I never got Sentinel Tactics. I had a bunch of "Do 2 damage and then do 2 to all villain targets" type cards, and I think I had every "recover from incapacitation" card. It was a bad draw, but I felt like I was treading water and having to heal every chance I got just to keep the party humming along.
The Naturalist was really good. She was doing too much damage for him to tank, and I couldn't heal enough to keep up whenever Nat was in gator form.

I got the lineup from Spiff's randomizer. It was Legacy, Mister Fixer, Tempest, and Tachyon against The Dreamer in Rook City.
He actually did fairly well for me, and took out several projections. I used his default power once during the first round and after that it was all localized hurricane, which was great. I also had chain lightning early on.
What killed my momentum and ultimately my heroes was after Dreamer flipped she played violent nightmares, and after that the two whipacorns came out of the deck again. The first time they came out early on they both hit Legacy, and both were taken out. The second time around they were hitting damage dealers which hamstrung my ability to do anything. Tachyon wasn't getting any damage-dealing cards and Mister Fixer and/or Tempest couldn't deal damage because of whipacorns. Until the Whipacorns came out again, everything was fine and I only needed four more projections to win the game. Rook City made everything worse, though, by letting the villain deck play more times and such. I had a couple turns of Dr. Tremata that helped a bit but the choice was usually between "bad" and "differently bad."

I think Tachyon was a big hindrance as well, as she never got a single Sonic Vortex or Pushing the Limits or really anything that would deal more than 1-2 damage to a single target or enable her to go through her deck faster. That was my worst Tachyon ever, really.

The Dreamer is one of those weird villains that's actually easier with less people. A team of three consistent damage dealing heroes can really wreck her day. A team of four is challenging but doable. A team of five heroes is a nightmare game. I've only played her on advance maybe once or twice, and playing advance dreamer with a Dark Hero is not fun. I like the Dreamer's Challenge mode much more than her advance.

I managed to lose to Omnitron in Insula Primalis, with Argent Adept, Knyfe, and Bunker. Maybe I need to stop using the randomizer to set up my games. :)
The problem was that five out of seven environment cards were dinosaurs and most of the Omnitron cards played were drones. While it made for a target rich environment, it made it difficult to make much leeway.
I'm not losing all or even most of my games (I've only lost once on the app, and that was due to trying to unlock Young Legacy), but when I lose it's not always easy to tell why. I think that the two t-rexes and legions of drones meant a lot of damage - and not having a lot of options to deal out enough damage to get rid of the t-rexes. The velociraptors weren't so bad, although the pterodactyl and singularity coming out in the same round was a bit much.

The two T-rexes were probably the main reason. They have a lot of HP, and do a lot of damage, and Argent is the only team member with any envioronment destruction. That team should be able to win against Omnitron, but it sounds like you had bad luck.

Yeah, I had no environment destruction in my hand at any time, and the team really should have been able to win.
I felt like I was just putting out a lot of fires without much opportunity to take Omnitron down directly. A Sarabande of Destruction would have uncomplicated things rather nicely.
That said, I really like how Argent Adept played. I imagine he's capable of far more than what I got to do, and I don't think any other hero I've played is nearly as flexible.
