I now own all the expansions and without Wrath of the cosmos it all fid in the vengance and basegame boxes....now once its all sleaved i wont have any room for it in those anymore. anyone have any storage solutions they would like to share?
One of my local gaming/card/comic shops saved the simple white rectangular boxes that they received large shipments of cards in, and sold them for pretty cheap ($.75 to $1.00 for a foot long box). You could try that route provided you have a similar shop in your area.
Also, a simple Google search of "Game Card storage" will give you plenty of options, including this 3000 card count storage box for a few bucks.
Or, if you are a purest and justify your spending that way, you could purchase the Rook City & Infernal Relics box (same size/layout as the Enhanced Edition box) and use that as your spill over box. I was a late comer to the game and missed those two expansions anyway, so purchasing the box made sense. Admittedly, if I was in your position, I would probably save the money and just use a generic white card storage box.
I got the Infernal Relics / Rook City box just for storage. WotC just arrived and everything fits perfectly in those two boxes. I have all Heroes in the core box and all Villains and Environments in the IR/RC box. My Vengeance box is purely for extra copies of cards, my tokens, and my oversized villain cards.
I’ve been very happy with my current storage solution, although now that I got so many expansions for Christmas, I’m just about out of space.
I bought a heavy cardboard decorative photo storage box from a craft store and modified it. It’s got metal corners and a nice leather handle, and it latches shut. I superglued in small strips of balsa to hold plexiglass dividers in place, and that’s made enough space to hold vertically placed cardboxes (Spiff’s boxes) for the base set, Rook City + Infernal Relics, Shattered Timelines, all but the newest mini-expansions, and most of Vengeance. I haven’t yet added the 5 vengeance villains to the box, and I’m pretty much out of space. If I removed the tokens and the oversized hero cards with the spinners that I use to track HP, I’d likely have enough space left for Vengeance and Wrath of the Cosmos. I’m not sure what I’ll do though.
I'm sad I missed out on the empty Infernal Relics/Rook City box they were selling. I'm debating buying another copy of that expansion just for the box. >.> <.<
I don't like the cheap white card boxes as they don't allow the use of the full glory of the dividers without creasing and such.
Well, maybe a time will come when GtG sells Shattered Timelines and Wrath of the Cosmos in one large box, and then they might sell empties of that box, like they did with the other one...?

I made a photo storage box into a box for SotM using balsa and plexiglass for dividers. Leather handle, latches shut, and has metal corners. Too bad it’s full now.
That's the crux of my problem too. 
I currently have all the big boxes (Core, Infernal Relics/Rook City, Vengeance, Shattered Timelines and Wrath of the Cosmos) as well as all the mini expansions (like The Scholar, Silver Gulhc, etc) and all the promos of every hero or villain(some of them I was able to get scans of and get printed from artscow.com and they came out really well). They are all sleeved in Ultra Pro clear sleeves. I was able to put all the sleeved villains in the Infernal Relics/Rook City box along with dividers. Most of the heroes are in the Core game box, with the remainder spilling into the Vengeance box in one of the two half columns. The other half column has all of the environment decks in it. I then have the oversized villains from Vengeance and the life counters (I bought an extra set of the 1, 5, 10, 25 life counters because I needed it for games where you use Unity and a villain like Martriarch) along with all the flavor cards (the cards in the back of the mini expansions that have the backstories from all the heroes/villains). I am just hoping that the next expansion has a new big box that I can use, because I am officially out of space for storage in these.

Yeah, we don't usually bother giving them HP in the spreadsheet when we play on G+ either. In fact it's not uncommon to just put "Birds x 8" since we often don't even care what they are until they hit us, and whoever has the villain can deal with that.

I took an X acto knife to the inside of the bottom half of the rook city box to separate the sides and the bottom. I then tapped the sides on top of the bottom half of the wrath of the cosmos box and reinforced it with some thin card board (I specifically used the insert from Descent 2nd Ed.). Since I still had the very bottom of the box that fit nicely into the lid, I put all of the paperwork/manuals into the lid, covered them with the bottom, and put that whole piece on the bottom of the expanded wrath of the cosmos box. I just wanted another box with official art, so I made my own
I Use this Case http://shop.hobbylobby.com/products/wooden-artist-case-125005/. It holds all my cards plus several printed decks and all my accessories with still more room. You have to do a minor bit of modification and dump the top tray and easle but it works great. All it required was a saw, some glue. a screwdriver (to remove the easle) Some scrap foam core and time. Its heavy but the handle is sturdy and comfortable and you can even put a shoulder strap on it (not included) If you need more details feel free to pm me. I currently can fit all the heroes in the EE box, all but 1 villain on the left size of the IR/RC box (with Vengeance lid), the environments, Vengeance villains, and Wager Master are on the right side. I have all the Tactics stuff in the Uprising box, except the panels and minis. I even bought a 2nd Flame of Freedom box for double the tiles, dice, and tokens, and it still all fits in the Uprising box (after I took the unpainted minis out). The painted minis go into my Flame of Freedom miniatures box and lay on top of the boxes along with the case with my character panels in it.
I purchased a couple of thousand sleeves last week. There is a couple of mm overhang at the top once the cards are in so Ive started storing them vertically in the box as laying them sideways crinkles the tops of the sleeves. I think Im going to make some corner struts for the Base game, RC\IR and Venegance boxes so the lids can go on without crushing the sleeves down. Those three boxes will hopefully eb enough to hold everything for the time being.
Once all the expansions are out and the game is complete I'll get a more permanent case.
If you ever want to take the time of bartering away or gifting those sleeves and trying appropriately sized ones I recommend Mayday Greens. I like the premium greens, but they're more expensive and are thick enough that I have to use all three large Sentinels boxes (first for most of the heroes, second for the last four heroes and the villains, and the third for environment decks and oversized villain cards).

I'm starting to splurge on the premium green sleeves. And taking advantage of every discount and deal I can get. They'll be worth it.

Bought 5000 sleeves a while back, the almost-a-penny mayday greens. If a sleeve breaks I just replace it, I keep a small deck box full of sleeves with my stuff just in case. They allow me to sleeve and not take up much space, which is great for me considering how many games I bring to Gamer's Guild every week. I can't afford to take up extra space by buying the premium sleeves and have too many things to sleeve to afford those anyway.
Honestly, I can’t stand the non-premium sleeves. They don’t fit well, they’re too slippery, and they are really weak. Mayday Premiums is where it’s at.
Everyone has different preferences / objectives. Personally, I don't sleeve. Saves storage space and we don't really play any single deck enough to wear it out significantly.
I'm used to sleeving cards from playing MtG so it's odd for me not sleeve them. Only issue I've had is that even getting the premium mayday sleeves I still have variance in the size from one pack to another.
I've said it before, but when my cards get too beat up to be playable (not yet, after hundreds of games) I'm going to rebuy the game. It'd cost less to do that than to buy premium sleeves for everything, and that way at least some of my money goes to >G instead of just to the company that makes the sleeves I choose. And my cards will still fit in my boxes.
I don't usually think of games as disposable like that, but SotM has seen so many plays that I've definitely had my money's worth out of it.
But to each his own. I'm not a rabid anti-sleever or anything!

Just FYI, a bit of math: there are 2,095 cards in the game (if my memory serves me correctly). This includes promos and all setup cards. Each premium pack comes with 50 sleeves. 2095/50=41.9. That means you'd have to buy 42 packs to sleeve all CURRENT cards in the game. 42 packs go for about $90 on Mayday Games' website, shipping included, at about $2.25 per pack. However, their customer service rep is super awesome and MIGHT give you a bulk discount if you ask nicely.
So...it's steep. Real steep. I ordered 20 packs for about $32 or so using some kind of discount. I'll have a lot of penny sleeves I'd be willing to sell off for cheap for whoever is interested. They're all in good shape. I'm just upgrading to the premiums.
Where are you located, Killswitch? I’ve been on the fence about sleeving Dominion; the possibility of getting cheap sleeves if the shipping isn’t too high might be the tipping point.
I haven't checked, but I think it's safe to say those same sleeves will be significantly more expensive in the UK.

I made a cardboard insert for my Shattered Timelines box so that it can hold cards in the usual fashion. I ordered the Cauldron fan expansion, so I need more space. ;)

Shouldn't it be +9 for the Ennead? Don't they have a setup card independent of the 9 character cards? I don't have my copy with me, so I may be wrong, but that's how I remember it.
It's already included in the math, the part that says 27x4. 25 for the deck, and each deck comes with 2 characters cards, making 27. The Ennead have 10 Character Cards, 9 of which are targets and the rules card. Leaving them with 8 additional cards.

I just picked up an aluminum case from Harbor Freight that fits all the sets with some room to spare. That's two rows of heroes to the left (with foam spacers in the foreground), a row of individuals villains, and then the Vengeance villain decks and environments on the right with a box with point counter chits (obscured by the box with status effect chits). The case comes with the foam lined dividers already included, although there are only two that stretch from front to back. But I was able to put a medium and short together to provide an additional divider front to back. The top of the case has a removable panel, so I have some place to put the rulebooks and large villain cards.

If that fits all the cards after the final expansion is released I definitely would get that.
Looks like it might fit the hero decks from the final expansion, but what about the VotM decks as well as the final expansion?
I mean this looks like a great option for storage, and I would be totally sold but for that.
I'm not sure all new expansions will fit as it laid out either. There's room for individual decks to be laid on top of the vertically stacked cards like the effects chit box is, or behind the top cover flap, but that's not quite the same. I hope that at some point >G will do what Slugfest recently did with Red Dragon Inn and come out with a big storage box set. Then I'll repurpose this for some other game set.

Looking at Spiff's site I found the Vertical Card Dividers. With those I think the case could hold everything with expected coming releases. I'll pick up some foam board to make dividers.
