They have tracking numbers for their purposes. I doubt the trouble of matching everyone with their number and emailing us is a priority for them though. They’ve got palettes of products to ship.

Yeah I don't even remember getting an email that my box shipped. It just showed up and I knew exactly what it was. And the previous day my account had the order listed as "pre order"  and that was it.

If you register your name and address with FedEx, they will automatically send you shipping and delivery notifications for packages headed your way.

I got to work this morning, and my out-for-delivery notification for all my WotC goodness was waiting for me!  It's gonna be a looong day...

Received by AA in Indy!

I think any pattern one might find in the US domestic shipping is going to be thrown off by the fact that GtG has combined items from the Sentinel Tactics Kicstarter with the Wrath of the Cosmos preorder, where possible.

I think the original projection for ship date for the painted minis was March or something, so this is nice and early. A very happy surprise.

It also included my Painted Mini's from the Sentinel Tactics Kickstarter.  Honestly, I did not expect to see those packed in with WotC, so that was a pleasant surprise!

Just a quick note about your orders on the web store: They will keep saying "Preorder" even after your game has shipped and arrived. We don't have a good way to alter or update that at this time.

Also, all Canadian orders have shipped.

Hoping my kids will be with me for the summer.

I wonder if it'd be possible for any of the international shipping folks whose shipments are still pending and who were among the first 1,000 Steam Sentinels buyers (I got my address confirmation email today), to get our Super Scientific Tachyon cards put in the same box as the rest of our stuff?  It'd save GtG an envelope per card and probably make it less likely for the cards to get bent in transit.

Same here.

I understand that shipping to Europe is difficult. It's the same story with almost every kickstarter project or store in the USA (except for Amazon. I stopped ordering from the USA and order from China instead.

It would have been nice to be updated reguraly but you get used to it (it's the same with all the other American stores I ordered from the last two years).

It is however very annoying that people around me who didn't pre-order already have the game (including the extra expansions) and for a lower price!
