SInce Wrath is so close to being released, I honestly want to get it as soon as my budget allows. In the meantime, if it is at all possilbe, can we get a look at the hero and villian character cards? I'm honestly curious about how they work.

Hmm, you could be looking at a turn 2 flip for Progeny with the Sentinels. I wonder how deadly that is…
Depends on whether or not you are playing in advanced mode.
Other things of note: Progeny is, in fact, Knyfe’s nemesis, and the title deck is a part of Kaargra’s setup.

We also learned that when Christopher revealed Death-caller, as he specifically referred to it as a tithe from Kaargra’s deck.
My guess is she operates by sending out monsters in her collosseum and we earn titles, and simultaneously earning the favor of the crowd. Once that’s done, and enough titles are earned, the colloseum card text flips her, and the showdown begins. Hence the reason she isn’t yet a target.

After you defeat all the galdiators, you then have to defeat everybody in the colloseum crowd. Then you have to defeat everybody on the whole planet. Then you have to defeat the other heroes. Then you have to defeat yourself.

Which of Skyscraper's hero character cards do we start the game with?
I would guess that we get to choose. Either that, or she comes with a setup card like the Sentinels do.
No setup card. I believe she always starts normal.
Could the bloodsworn arena/title cards work with other villains?
She always starts normal, no setup card. Also, there is no Ronway title, but there is one named after at least one forum member.

Just a note for art fanatics, but the latest update to the Sentinels Sidekick includes a pack for Wrath of the Cosmos so you can preview some of the art, including Guise, Wager Master and Omnitron IV. It also incluxdes the art for the backs of the Prime Wardens and Rogue Agent K.N.Y.F.E. promos (and 'Kvothe Argent Adept but we've already seen that, although this is higher resolution), but no text, so while we can see how gorgeous the art is, we can't see what they do until the shipping container escapes.
EDIT: You only get Sky-Scraper's Normal sized card, which is a shame as her Tiny incap is one of the best, IMHO.
