Text is hard to read on TV

I've just started up the game. I have a decent sized screen, and I'm not too far away, but for some reason, I'm having trouble reading the text. I don't have this issue with my other Switch Games. Has anyone else experienced this? Either the text for the Switch version needs to be bigger or in a font that's easier to read.

I have the same problem in handheld.  The font is just really small as a percentage of screen size.

FWIW, they've mentioned on the Discord they're aware of the issue and looking into fixing it.

It's really tiny on the Switch Lite. Waiting for an update to play it =)
