Character Gen- choice of powers/qualities

Hi all. Ok a quick question. Regarding choosing options when creating a character. Let’s say you need to allocate d10 and d8 to two of the following: History, Close Combat Skill, Physical Quality. Would you be able to choose two Physical Qualities, or would you only be able to choose one, and one of the other options?
