Hello everyone -
A couple questions -
1) Is there a way to determine how much a character can lift?
2) Is there a way to determine how fast a character can move (run, fly, etc)?
I'm curious, and it's bound to come up sooner or later!

Hard mechanics wise? Nope! It's a comic, they lift as much/move as fast as the story needs them to!
Soft mechanics wise? That's probably something to be determined at the table for that story. Comics are fluid, and power levels are never constant. Figure out what makes for a good story, based on what the narrative of the character says about the stats on their sheet.
Pretty much this, you should also remember that the die size for a power represents skill in using it as much as how powerful it is, for example Heritage has a strength die of d10 and Legacy has a strength die of d8, this isn’t necessarily because Paul is physically stronger than Felicia, but more down to because Paul primarily used his strength as his main tool in outright combat whereas Felicia prefers to stay away and blast things with her laser eyes unless she needs to get up close and personal.
