Figured I might as well start this thread, since someone will. At the moment, this is only covering changes in Ch. 3 for hero creation.
Backgrounds:
- Blank Slate has been moved to number 2, making it far more likely to be randomly rolled than before (0.03 -> 0.2)
- Dynasty has been moved to number 18, making it far less likely to be randomly rolled than before (0.2->0.03)
Power Sources:
- Accident's ability Reflexive Burst has changed.
- Training's ability Always Be Prepared has changed. Training has gained access to Intellectual Powers.
- Genius's ability A Plan For Everything has been changed, and gives a different quality than before. It's ability Overwhelming Vision has been changed.
- The Multiverse has renamed it's abilities. Respond In Kind (formerly Combat Stance). Flowing Fight has been replaced with a new ability: Reality Scorned.
Archetypes:
- Physical Powerhouse's Frontline Fighting ability has had it's wording changed. Galvanize has had it's wording changed.
- Flyer's Dive and Drop ability has had it's wording changed.
- Elemental Manipulator's text regarding Elemental/Energy powers when taking the Archetype has been changed.
- Minion Maker's Construction Pylon ability has been changed.
- Modular's Quick Switch ability has been changed. The Destroyer ability has been changed.
Red Zone Abilities:
- Elemental/Energy/Material's Summoned Allies has had it's wording changed.
- Material's Summoned Allies has had it's wording changed.
- Psychic's Summoned Allies has had it's wording changed.
- Self Control's Summoned Allies has had it's wording changed.
- Technological's Combustion has had it's wording changed.
- Information's Critical Eye has had it's wording changed.

Exclusivity has been fixed to mean that one exclusive bonus and one exclusive penalty can be used on a single roll. However, the rules still erroneously say that a mod affects one die and not one effect.
There is no change to how bonuses and penalties cancel each other out. That's important because Christopher did it a different way (and taught everyone else his way) in SCRPG Live Season 3. His way was wrong.
Accident's Reflexive Burst now triggers on zone change, not just the first time you're attacked at close range per scene. Much more versatile, though it could whiff if you change zones with no close enemies.
Training gained access to Intellectual Powers, actually. But always Be Prepared got nerfed from Max to Mid die.
Genius's Overwhelming Vision is also now completely different (and pretty good!).
Gadgeteer's Snap Decision now boosts only yourself.
Modular's Destroyer's ability's change isn't just superficial or a clarification, like most of the other "changes." It now modifies basic Attacks specifically. This has implications for various interactions, e.g. Inspiring Totem.
Critical Eye (Red Information) is clarified.

Thanks for the catch on Intellectuals in Training; They didn't actually reduce the Attack effect die. They reduced the Boost from the Max die to the Mid die.

That was a typo on my part, fixed above. Interestingly, The Multiverse got to keep its Max die.

Accident's Reflexive Burst has been changed significantly for the better.
EDIT: Sorry. Missed this above.
EDIT 2: Red Technological: Combustion got clarified wording.

I'm actually editing the first post as people make notes, so that people don't have to dig through the whole thread later.

Thanks. I'm *pretty* confident everything from chapter 3 has been caught. I came across a couple Red abilities that had slightly clarified wording, but the powers had not changed.

Hey MindWanderer, you think any of the changes done would be worth re-examining stuff from hero character creation? Genius and The Multiverse got some fairly large changes, after all.

Yeah, absolutely. That will be the next thing I do after I finish my first pass of proofreading and comparison checking.
