Asking A Stupid Question, Cause Im Stupid, and Could Use An answer

Hello!

So, my starter kit is coming in the mail (should be here today!), but I can't find where to buy the core book or when it will be released. 

Is there a firm release date yet? Is there a pre-order somewhere I can sign up for? I'm very new to this franchise, but I'd like to give it all my money, please help.
