RPG Dicebot Help

I can’t get this damn thing to work ever… I put in !establish to make a scene how can I tell this stupid thing that no one has gone yet it’s x character’s turn first with no one going yet? I try hand off to x but it just does nothing. As far as this bot is concerened it’s no one’s turn and I can’t make it anyone’s turn… 

WHich dicebot, for which online play  system?

Discord has several...

I know that for discord, it has to have posting and reading permissions in the relevant areas, and has to have been properly invited; the 3 I tried each have specific instructions, which need to be followed.
