An idea that struck me that would work for the RPG.
Aleksandr Tsarev was not the only Soviet soldier exposed to an OblivAeon shard. Also among the volunteers was a diehard Communist devotee. The shard's effect on him was subtler than it was on Tsarev, giving him incredible eyesight and impeccable aim, and his zeal for the Communist cause only grew.

Captain Cosmic = Captain Cosmonaut
Infinator = Manifesto
Absoulte Zero = Grandfather Winter
Biomancer = Five Year Planner, really more of a nickname for him always having everything thought out in advance to make things go "just as planned"

Oh, man, I really hope we get a full explanation of that page someday. Looks like there's some sort of Soviet category or mastermind that will show up in the same context as Ermine and Fright Train. What's coming to my mind is a situation like the Linear Guild from Order of the Stick, which has some staple members but others get replaced as they quit or die. So the Vengeful Five originally included Proletariat, but when he quits, he's replaced by other ex-Soviets.
I'm also excited that we might see Iron Curtain in the RPG someday. We know virtually nothing about him.
Redacted actually sounds like an interesting name for a villian
Every time I see Christopher use "Redacted" it reminds me of the SCP Foundation and I feel very concerned.
(Then I imagine the existence of an SCP Foundation-like organization operating in the Sentinels universe and feel very very concerned.)
If they did, they're doing a poor job of protecting people from knowing about superheroes and threats from beyond! >:B

Yeah, now you've made me realize I'm looking at this the wrong way around: Considering how many people fall under the category of "Got their powers from randomly finding a powerful relic/object", maybe there should be an SCP Foundation in the Sentinels universe, powers that be help us all.
I find it interesting to see Iron Curtain back at it. Between him (or her?) and the other 3, maybe 4 communist villains on the list (though I think the first redacted is the header/common group), do I smell an Uprising? Oh wait, no... that’s tactics, never mind.
All jokes aside, I really appreciate these comic covers. It turns out my family still had a copy of the Justice Comics edition that featured the Iron Curtain. It’s good.
