I’m currently seeing the 
emoji as broken. 
Is anyone else having this issue? It’s the only one I’m having an issue with, so there’s that. 
Edit: For clarity, I’m referring to the :frowning_face_with_open_mouth: emoji.
Your message shows a broken image to me, as well, to the point that I don’t even know which emoji it is supposed to be.

“frowning_face_with_open_mouth” is definitely broken, as it doesn’t even appear properly in the dropdown to pick smileys. Its description replaces the space which could have contained eight other smileys; if any other smileys are meant to appear between and 
, they aren’t visible now.
